Safir Cogni ("Safir", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest because we collect very little.
Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, project type, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.
Nothing else. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell any personal information. The site stores one small value in your browser's session storage to remember that you have seen our intro animation; it identifies nothing about you and disappears when you close your browser.
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Our website is served through Cloudflare, and our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; both of these providers technically receive your IP address as part of serving the site, as is standard for nearly all websites.
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up on potential work, after which they may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time (see below), and we will.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where the law requires it. Email hello@safircogni.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
Our services are for businesses and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted our form, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle existing data will be noted prominently on this page.
